The death toll of the Izmir city earthquake has reached 35, - Turkish state agency reports.

Reports say the injured peoples' number has hit 883. A total of 234 people are under treatment. 

Rescuers took a 38-year-old woman and her three children from the debris.

An aftershock of 5.0 magnitude was detected in Turkey after a strong earthquake hit its western part.

Turkey has detected 410 aftershocks since October 30 earthquake.

Out of the aftershocks, 33 were more than four magnitudes.

The latest data say the earthquake killed 26 people and left 804 injured.

The epicenter was detected in the Aegean Sea at a depth of 16.5 km.

As the Turkish Interior Ministry says, the earthquake destroyed six houses.

The natural disaster also hit Samos Island, Greece, and claimed two teenagers' lives.
