American Pantone Color Institute experts have named two main colors for 2021. These colors are "deep gray" and "bright yellow." The information is published on the website of the organization.
"Pantone 17-5104 Ultimate Gray and Pantone 13-0647 Illuminating practical and solid as a stone, but at the same time a warm and optimistic connection embodying strength and positivity," the institute said in a statement.
The Pantone Institute notes that this combination of colors gives durability and hope.
"We should feel excitement and upliftment," Pantone director Leatrice Eiseman said about the colors.
The institute chose two main colors of the year simultaneously only in 2016.
Specialists from the Pantone Color Institute named 19-4052 Classic Blue as the main color of 2020. This color is associated with peace and tranquility.
Besides, the institute named the main colors of the fall-winter 2020 season, which will be the main focus of New York Fashion Week.
