According to the country President Hassan Rouhani, wearing face masks might become compulsory, Reuters writes.
“Wearing masks in closed and crowded places will become compulsory in about one week. We need to produce cheap masks in the country to make them affordable for everyone,” – says the President.
The death toll of the last 24 hours reached 100, which is the highest rate during the last two months. People blame the officials for not creating conditions for fulfilling the social distance and face masks wearing recommendations.
The total number of infected people since the epidemic outbreak is 202,584; the total death toll is 9,507.
