The National Agency for Cultural Heritage Preservation of Georgia has put the Georgian national dance Kartuli on an intangible cultural heritage list.
As reported by the agency, the dance represents general Georgian culture and arts, recognized as a symbol of Georgians' national identity.
The agency says the dance maintains social, cultural, and aesthetic functions and stability as the most famous stage arts.
