Music forum to be held in Tbilisi

Music forum is being held with the support of Tbilisi City Hall and the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia.

Panel discussions will take place at Expo Georgia's Pavilion III on November 23. Anyone who wishes to attend the event can register online. The main themes will be the development of the creativity of artist and audience, tourism and festivals, cultural exchange opportunities and formats, export of music.

Famous European musicians will visit the forum. Among them is Bill Bragin, the founding executive artistic director of The Arts Center at New York University Abu Dhabi and a co-founding producer of the not-for-profit world music festival and service organization of globalFEST

Also, Rule Vanhook, the Director of Music Programs at BOZAR and Francesca Cheretani, the Coordinator of the European Jazz Union will attend the forum.

The event aims to develop music industry in Georgia and enter the international market.

Both showcases and concerts will be held at Jazz Club Singer from 8: 00 PM.

The event is organized by Kavkaz Jazz Festival.

Kavkaz Jazz Festival has been held in Georgia since 2010. The project was created as a peace platform for strengthening cultural dialogue in South Caucasus.
