A 29-year-old man was charged in connection with abusive acts and invasion of privacy towards a 15-year-old girl. According to the investigation, a 29-year-old man from Khelvachauri picked a girl up at night and took her to the bank of Chorokhi River.
According to the victim's testimony, the man did not allow her to get out of the car, kissed, and forced her to have sexual intercourse. The accused man tied her hands. The girl was only able to return home at 6 am. Her parents were looking for her. Police were also involved in the search process.
The prosecutor's office charged the defendant with rape and perverse acts, but after the law enforcers found a video on the phone of the detainee where he was kissing the girl, the Prosecutor's Office also charged the defendant with violating the privacy.
The defendant does not plead guilty and claims that he did not have sexual relations with the juvenile, and it happened with the girl's agreement.
