One person has been arrested for assaulting the executive secretary of the Lanchkhuti branch of the United National Movement and his wife. Report.ge was informed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The accused faces up to 2 years in prison.
"The officers of Lanchkhuti District Division of MIA have detained N.F., born in 1983, a former convict on charges of violence against two persons.
The accused, who was under the influence of certain substances, verbally and physically assaulted his classmate, the executive secretary of the Lanchkhuti branch of the United National Movement, G.C., and his wife, I.Z., in their home on October 10, 2010," mentions the information.
