This is not the first case and, hopefully, will be the last, Tbilisi Vice-Mayor Irakli Khmaladze said regarding the detention of a Tbilisi City Hall employee accused of bribery.
Mr. Khmaladze called upon the employees to abide by the law. ''I appeal to all our employees to restrain from similar misdeeds if anyone intends to,'' he stated.
