The Central Election Commission (CEC) says that a voter who is given a damaged ballot paper at a polling station has the right to replace it. The ballot paper, which does not show the requisites, is invalidated.
Photos of the ballot papers, the requisites or election subjects of which are inaccurate and, consequently, unusable, were spread on social networks.
