Davit Zalkaliani, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, stated that all mechanisms are activated to release Vazha Gaprindashvili, a doctor detained by the de facto regime.
“All of our diplomatic corps has taken serious steps to mobilize the international community to free Gaprindashvili. At the moment, we are also in a constant communication mode with all relevant structures that can have some influence to end this illegal captivity as quickly as possible,” Davit Zalkaliani said.
Ambassadors Conference 2019 - the Annual Meeting of the Diplomatic Missions of Georgia Abroad and Heads of consular posts is being held in Tbilisi from December 17 to December 20.
