De-facto President Anatoli Babilov has reportedly dismissed the de-facto government. The session is underway in the parliament, with the demonstration being held in the center of Tskhinvali.
The protest was stirred by the death of Inal Jabaev, an inmate charged with the assault on de-facto Minister of Internal Affairs Igor Naniev. Jabaev's family says that he was callously tortured in the cell.
The de-facto president has informed the public of the interior minister's removal from office.
