EU Ambassador Carl Hartzell calls on the Georgian authorities and the opposition to engage in dialogue on the electoral system. The diplomat told reporters that they are running out of time.
"We understand that dialogue between the opposition and the authorities is not easy. However, we hope that they will use every opportunity and reach a mutually acceptable agreement," Hartzell said.
The dialogue regarding the electoral system interrupted after the arrest of Gigi Ugulava, one of the leaders of the opposition.
