Otar Kakhidze, the majoritarian candidate of the European Georgia opposition party in Kutaisi, said that an unidentified individual had vandalized the office building. He stressed that OSCE/ODIHR observers have already been informed of the incident.
"We have surveillance cameras both inside and outside the building. We have checked them and found out that an unidentified individual first threw a brick at one of the office windows, damaged our banner, and then threw another brick at the other window. He failed to break the windows since they are stone proof; however, he succeeded in damaging our banner," Kakhidze declared.
The majoritarian candidate also appealed to the government to respond to this fact by taking the corresponding measures.
