Ex-president Mikheil Saakashvili has released another note in which he responds to businessman Avtandil Tsereteli's case from the Gori Military hospital.
''Avto Tsereteli narrowly escaped death from an oncological disease. I have been kept posted as Avto was very close to my grandmother Mzia Tsereteli, and I know him perfectly well.
By banning him from undergoing required procedures, Ivanishvili is committing murder. If the perpetrators feel no pangs of remorse, are they not afraid to be held responsible?
