According to Georgian Dream Chairman Irakli Kobakhidze, they have won the referendum which the opposition so strongly desired to be called.
In Kobakhidze's words, they have improved their municipal election results by winning in 63 municipalities out of 64.
''We have won the so-called referendum which our opponents linked to the so-called 43% barrier. As you know, the Georgian Dream won 47% of the votes in the first round.
Plus, we have won in the so-called second round of the referendum, with 55%.
Overall, the Georgian Dream has won in all these election aspects,'' Kobakhidze declared.
