in his words, the government is ready to conduct charter flights to ensure international observers' unimpeded arrival to Georgia.
"For this purpose, we established a working group two months ago, made changes to the legislation, according to which the key principles of security in the context of the epidemic were determined, responsibility was redistributed. As soon as international observation missions and organizations submit applications, the government will take all appropriate measures," Archil Talakvadze said.
