According to preliminary data, Irakli Kobakhidze, the chairperson of the Georgian Dream, congratulates the mayors of the cities and municipalities that won the elections. According to him, the opposition has lost the elections in principle.
"We had information that in two specific municipalities, we were slightly above the 50% rate. Such a rate was observed in Batumi, but we are sure that all this will not change, and the victory will remain with our candidates. The main thing is that the United National Movement has lost the elections," Irakli Kobakhidze said.
