The Mayor of the capital, Kakha Kaladze, has nominated candidates for the post of the Governor of all ten districts of Tbilisi. Six of the candidates are incumbent governors, and four will hold the post for the first time. Tbilisi government will be approved by the City Assembly tomorrow.
According to Kakha Kaladze, the candidate for Saburtalo district will be Gaioz Vasadze, Mtatsminda district - Davit Kirkitadze, Krtsanisi - Beka Mikautadze, Vake - Davit Kvinikadze, Gldani - Levan Naroushvili, and Samgori - Kakha Samkharadze.
The Mayor of the capital nominated Davit Utmelidze, a member of the previous convocation, for the position of Gamgebeli of Chugureti district. Vladimer Dzneladze is also a former member of the City Council, whom Kakha Kaladze nominated as a candidate for Didube district administration.
As for Isani and Nadzaladevi districts, the Mayor of the capital has chosen the staff previously employed in the boards. In Isani, he nominated Nikoloz Elisashvili, who had held various positions in the board for several years, and nominated Irakli Andghuladze, who had previously been the deputy governor of Nadzaladevi.
