According to the Chairperson of the Parliament, Kakha Kuchava, Tikaradze's resignation from the post of the Minister of Health is not connected with any controversy in the government team.
"When we met in different formats, we did not even feel any controversy. Rumors are spread every day not only about Tikaradze but also about any other minister's resignation. Sooner or later, when this fact happens, then we say it. For three years, this person has been the Minister of Health. Three years later, she made this decision. They will probably talk about the details themselves," Kuchava said.
The Minister of Health of Georgia has resigned.
