Majority MP Sozar Subari says that former PM Giorgi Gakharia will not dare to have himself nominated as a mayoral candidate.
''He will not dare to do so. Time will tell. We are not afraid of any competition, however. This is the reason why we signed the 43% barrier agreement. If we fail to win 43%, we will stand ready for early parliamentary elections. Noone will prove able to compete with us. You yourself will see. Giorgi Gakharia, certainly, is aware of what we are capable of,'' Mr. Subari declared.
