At the Meeting of NATO Foreign Ministers in Brussels, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has urged the allies of the Alliance to boost resources in order to help Georgia and Ukraine. He stressed the importance of the Black Sea region for the Alliance.
Additionally, The Secretary General mentioned that NATO will assist Georgia in joining the Alliance.
“We will support Georgia on its path to integration into NATO. That is the reason why we are helping Georgia in modernizing defense and security institutions and implementing reforms. This is the objective of NATO’s representation in Georgia,” Stoltenberg said.
