MP Tako Charkviani says that she is receiving constant calls from people asking her why she had refused to attend the event organized by pres. Salome Zurabishvili at Orbeliani palace.
In Tako Charkviani's words, she decided not to attend the event after she was informed that the event would have had a festive character only, and the critical situation in which the country is now was not set to be discussed there.
Charkviani stressed that she would attend any event at which attempts would be made to go beyond the deadlock and lead the country out of the stalemate.
