President Zurabishvili has signed the Order on the Extension of a State of Emergency.
"I approve all measures taken so far. The law applies to all, and the virus does not select its victims. If we want to be considered a state, we must abide by laws. The Georgian nation has spilt its blood for this country, and all we have to do now is to comply with the law and stay at home," Zurabishvili declared.
Following the decision by the Prime Minister, a state of emergency has been extended before 10 May.
