Rostom Dzneladze, the head of the recommendations monitoring department at the Batumi City Hall Internal Audit Service, resigned in protest.
Dzneladze writes about the decision on the social network:
"Leaving is not always easy. But this happened because of the fact that it worries the majority of the country. Accordingly, I have completed my seven years of service today. I am proud to have worked at a place that has always had the highest degree of objectivity and independence. The motive to leave? The president who took the country out of Russia and gave it a real opportunity for development can not be treated like this. It is disgraceful!" Rostom Dzneladze writes in the social network.
