Sergo Chikhladze, a member of Strategy Aghmashenebeli, assesses the Code of Administrative Offenses changes as a step back on the path to democracy.
According to him, "Georgian Dream" thinks that the adoption of the law will stop the opposition protest.
"These changes and this decision of the Georgian Dream are a step back on the path to democracy.
It is another path to totalitarian countries; this path was chosen by them," Chikhladze stated.
On April 29, Parliament supported the tightening of sanctions on administrative offenses.
