The opposition rally in Tbilisi has been launched outside the parliament building, with opposition candidates stating that they will employ all legal levers against the government.
''A victory approved by Ivanishvili in ballot papers cannot be defined as a victory; your votes only are decisive. We will not lose your votes under any circumstances, and we will not tolerate injustice imposed on us,'' oppositionist Elene Khoshtaria declared.
Opposition leaders have introduced protesters to their action plan.
