According to Georgian Minister of Education and Science Mikheil Chkhenkeli, the academic competition for hiring teachers will be launched in Georgia in January.
Chkhenkeli said at the parliament's plenary session within the Minister's Hour format that the competition will be extremely well-organized.
In the minister's words, a great number of vacancies have surfaced in this field, with lots of people willing to embark on the career. ''The competition will be of immensely high-standard, and only those teachers will enter the classroom who deserve this,'' Chkhenkeli stressed.
