Khabeishvili says people are being detained illegally at rallies, which he says is a criminal offense.
As he noted, the video of the arrest of all activists has been archived, and after the change of government, these cases will be reviewed individually.
"Also, all the people who were illegally detained at the rally, as soon as the regime changes, all these cases will be reviewed individually, and the state will compensate them and their family members," Khabeishvili said.
