The accused in the case of the deceased nurse, Megi Bakradze - Violeta Inasaridze, Tea Gzirishvili, and Beka Liparteliani, were sentenced to GEL 3 000 bails as a measure of restraint.

The decision was announced by Judge Nato Khujadze of the Tbilisi City Court.

At today's trial, the prosecutor's office demanded the use of GEL 5 000 bails as a measure of restraint against the accused. The lawyer of Violeta Inasaridze and Tea Gzirishvili requested GEL 3 000 bails for the accused, while Beka Liparteliani's human rights activist left him without any restraining order. In the end, the judge sentenced all three of them to GEL 3 000.

The prosecutor's office charged the employees of Akhaltsikhe Clinic "Imedi" for giving false testimony. It became clear from the second testimony of the accused doctor, Violeta Inasaridze, that she did not inject adrenaline into Megi Bakradze and lied in the first testimony.

On March 18, in Akhaltsikhe, at the clinic "Imedi," a young nurse fell into a coma after taking the coronavirus vaccine "AstraZeneca."

The nurse allegedly developed anaphylactic shock after the vaccine was given.

A 27-year-old Megi Bakradze was taken from Akhaltsikhe by the Disaster Brigade to the First University Clinic in Tbilisi.

A young nurse died at the Clinic.

An investigation is underway into her death.
