The defendants detained over Isani District Election Commission Chairman's death have been released on a bail bond of GEL 10,000 each. Defendant Akaki Kobaladze told journalists that the ruling was unexpected. "This was a glimmer of hope making me think that justice may be served in this country," he said.
Akaki Khuskivadze and Akaki Kobaladze (DOB 1975) were arrested on Nov 7 and charged with the crimes of bribery, coercion, and criminal intimidation.
