Three citizens received various injuries at a rally on Rustaveli Avenue last night. The Ministry of Internal Affairs releases official information.
According to the agency, the injured were provided with appropriate assistance at medical facilities.
The special unit appeared at the Parliament at 05:00. They made the protesters leave the entrances of the Parliament. Water cannons were also used. Cleaning Service employees cleared Rustaveli Avenue. Traffic has also been restored.
Bureau and plenary sessions are scheduled in the Parliament today. The protesters main aim is to prevent lawmakers from entering the Parliament.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 28 people were arrested at the rally outside the Parliament.
