The World Wrestling Championship started today in Oslo, the capital of Norway. On the first day of the tournament, October 2, freestyle wrestlers in 61, 74, 86, and 125-kilogram weight categories will compete.
Beka Lomtadze (61 kilograms), Avtandil Kenchadze (74 kilograms), Sandro Aminashvili (86 kilograms), and Geno Petriashvili (125 kilograms) will represent Georgia at the tournament.
As a result of successful performance, Kenchadze and Petriashvili will wrestle in the semifinal of the World Championship.
