The Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games organizers have estimated that 10 thousand Japanese spectators will attend the Games, and no more than 50% of the sports facilities will be filled. The press service of the Games Organizing Committee announced the information.
The agency noted that the figure - 10 thousand is the maximum amount allowed.
It was reported earlier that due to the state of emergency declared in connection with the spread of the coronavirus, the organizers would not allow spectators at the stadiums at all.
